Your account

Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under it. One person per account; be at least 13.

Your content

You keep ownership of poems you post. By posting, you grant The Poet's Pub a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your work on the site and in slam features. You confirm the work is yours and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

No harassment, hate, threats, plagiarism, spam, illegal content, or sexually explicit content involving minors. We may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Slams & voting

Slams are for community enjoyment; results are informal and final at the host's discretion.

Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided "as is"; we aren't liable for user content or interruptions.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime; we may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the date.
